José Ignacio opens on Cascais’ Rua Amarela — worth the wait 🥩🔥
Sometimes we have to wait for the best things to come. And it was in the very last days of 2025 that José Ignacio quietly opened on Cascais’ Rua Amarela — and it was absolutely worth the wait.
🥩This new butcher-grill brings serious meat to the table, with an open fire and a menu that blends Argentine roots with Iberian confidence.
🥩Think Tomahawk, T-bone and Chuletón cuts made for sharing, alongside sharp starters like empanadas, croquettes, tartare and perfectly grilled vegetables.
The space is small, clean and honest.
No theatre. No nonsense.
Just good produce, fire, and people who clearly know what they’re doing.
This isn’t a once-in-a-while restaurant.
It’s a “let’s come back next week” kind of place.
( I’m still investigating who was the genius behind this idea )
