Cantinho do Avillez Cascais: the culinary genius returns Home

Cantinho do Avillez Cascais is a great  new restaurant in Cascais by Chef Jose Avillez , who was born and raised in Cascais.
Jose Avillez is a Portuguese chef and restaurateur but not a normal one, he is what Tina Turner would call “Simply the Best”,  probably because he is the Chef at Belcanto Lisbon (2 Star Michelin, considered one of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants) and has more 19 restaurants including one in Dubai @ the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira who are proud to describe him as “CULINARY GENIUS”!
(you will notice soon, there are many Geniuses in Cascais but Jose is the only Culinary Genius in Know 😉 )
