Pinsa  it’s made by wheat, rice and soy flour, with 72h leavening, it has less fat, calories, gluten and more water content,being more light and more digestible than a normal Pizza🍕

Mana has been decorated w/ interventions (code name for Graffiti)
by urban artist Francisco Camilo 🧑‍🎨 including a drawing of a subway station next to the restroom 🚻
